A spinning turn now gets one confirmation instead of running to the hard ceiling: 12 reads with no edit, 10 edits with no test or lint, or an error rate above 40% in the last 8 calls triggers the pause. Three late successes count as recovery
The agent loop ceiling moved from 12 iterations to 24, matching Clavue CLI `maxTurns`; the second-to-last iteration still forces a final answer, and explore subagents stay shorter at 8
Accepting a multi-file diff is one write instead of one write per file: the selected hunks compose into a single patch, so a failure writes nothing and reports no affected paths
`imux_glob` finds files by name without walking one directory at a time — read-only, same path authorization as `imux_list_files`, `*` stays in one component and `**` crosses directories
