Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy applies to all Clavue surfaces including chat.clavue.com, api.clavue.com, Mobile, and imux. It aligns with common industry AI usage policies and local compliance needs.
Allowed uses
- Learning, writing, coding, research, and product prototyping.
- Lawful commercial content (marketing art, UI sketches, concept art, etc.).
- Authorized local automation and development workflows in imux.
Prohibited uses
1. Child sexual exploitation & sexual content
- Any sexual content involving minors (including fictional).
- Explicit pornography, sexual commerce promotion, non-consensual intimate imagery (including “undress” style requests).
2. Political & public-safety sensitive
- Sexual or demeaning deepfakes of real political figures.
- Visual propaganda inciting subversion, separatism, terrorism, or extremism.
3. Violence, crime, and dangerous activities
- Real gore, instructions for explosives or illicit drugs.
- Intrusion tooling, malware, phishing page clones.
4. Harassment, hate, and privacy
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or doxxing assistance.
- Unauthorized processing of others’ sensitive personal data.
Image generation & API notes
api.clavue.com and the membership gateway enforce automated safety on image generation/edit prompts. Blocks return image_content_blocked with a policy link. Successful images are bound to accounts and marked for provenance (PNG metadata + server records).
Enforcement
We may refuse requests, limit quota, require verification, suspend or terminate accounts, and retain logs / cooperate with investigations when required by law.
